Pancakes are easy girl. Just cook on a medium low flame so you don't burn them. Once they bubble they're usually ready for flipping.

its easy get the mix, prepare it. get your skillet put non stick spray or oil. i use coconut oil. when oil is hot lower heat to med. then take your big spoon and take a scoop of thr mix and pour on the skillet. when you see bubbles forming and an edge take your spatula and flip. after you get a hang of it you will get used to the timing. super easy
