ladies please help me out here. I'm having what I think are contractions on and off but I'm not sure. I'm timing them now on the contraction timer app and I'll post that in a while after I get a few more. They were way more frequent earlier today than now.
But I'm afraid they might just be Braxton hicks and I don't want to be told I'm being dramatic.

Call labor and delivery while you are having a contraction they will be able to tell you if you should go in if they are 2 to 3 min apart it's labor

My doctor told me if I have more than 4 in an hour, no matter how far apart they are to go into the hospital and make sure I'm not in premature labor..
