not that I know of but basically baby is pushing organs into your lungs so just sit up as much as possible. I had to sleep in a chair and take deep shallow breaths

I tried that. I just don't know anymore I'm calling the doctor tomorrow. I need an inhaler. I just don't know if they will fill it again. they gave me one but we packed and moved and it's gone. so I just don't know. but I need it. thank you though. at least i know I'm not the only one. @islandftm because it blows.
