I have the worst headache ever :( I thought it would go away last night if I went to sleep and I woke up this morning and it is so much worse. Is it okay for me to take ibuprofen?

Only Tylenol. Ibuprofen makes your blood thinner so don't take that while pregnant

no problem! you could also do 250/350 mg every 4 hours..
