I just got a shooting pain from my neck down to my spine? What is that?

Could be the body stretching or you could of slept on your neck wrong.

I had just come from downstairs. I've gotten them before too. Wondering if it was back labor?

It could be, I honestly never had back labor so I'm not much help with that. But it could possibly be back labor
