My son only sleeps with me in the mornings the only habit I've noticed it has formed with him is he wakes up around 4-5am every morning for a cuddle session until 7-7:30am

yeah. it's when he has always woke up and now its part of his routine

I did with my daughter too at around 3 months, it was the only way I could get a couple more hours of sleep. She didn't seem to form a habit by it but she was also a independent baby and didn't like being held very often...
