So my baby shower theme is Finding memo because I love him he's sooo cute... so for my centerpieces I want to have fish bowls with glass gems and a goldfish swimming in it...my mom says that's corny I should get clown fishes since memo is a clown fish...but first of all clown fish r not in every store and I loved them up online and it's 20 per fish and that's the reg fish not even the best fish...I'm not payin that... yes the theme is Nemo but its still aquatic overall so I think a fish period is cool...

plus the cost for salt water bc clown fish can't survive in regular water right? gotta be salt water?

Have to also think- are you going to have homes for all these fish you're buying as centerpieces?? I don't believe any animal should solely be used as a decoration so I hope that you please have their care in mind for after your shower

@ftm0903, yes they do need salt water.... that's why I think the goldfish r better its lower maintenance

Ok great! 👍🏼😄 I've been to weddings where people use beta fish in their centerpiece flowers and they have no plan for their care and it upsets me! Especially since betas have to be separated from each other, but if one of your guests wants 2 goldfish then that's perfect 🐠
