it's a little kettle looking thing you fill with saline and warm water and put it in 1 nostril and poor it in you're nose and it comes out the other side they work great I usually just make my own and use a syringe

It's not medicine, it's just saline water... This is the kind I use. You can get it at Target, CVS, etc. It works miracles, I'm telling you. Once you get used to it, it's amazing.

Also, if it is a cold and not allergies, you should get some vitamin c, vitamin a (powder or pills) as well as some zinc. I just had a cold and did a combo of the vitamins, zinc, the sinus rinse and hydrogen peroxide drops in my ears and the cold is pretty much gone now. It lasted only a few days and my mucus never turned green- meaning I nipped it in the bud before it got infected.
