why do I always get constipated in this pregnancy :(. hurting to poo :(

Haven't got any :(. will need to invest in some I dernt go though it im scared how much it will hurt lol. xx

Yes definitely bran flakes. I can't eat fruit and have found Bran flakes make me go everyday.

Oh hun, it's rotten. I was exactly the same but after my first was born. I'd just cry in the toilet door staring at the loo! Bran flakes were an immediate help. Good luck xxx
