OMG is anyone else having upper back pains due to a heavy chest? ive always been naturally busty but i guess due to pregnancy the weight of my chest is really getting to me. or at least that's what i think. my lower back is fine except for some slight tailbone aches but thats only if i sit too long. this pain is just in my upper back. any thoughts?

It's a combination of the breasts enlarging and also the uterus... The uterus rapidly growing can take a huge toll on a women's entire back, unfortunately I have pain in my upper back and it shoots around my ribs.. But I also have extreme pelvic/hip pain as well 😔

aww thanks for letting me know. i wasnt aware my uterus was having an effect on my upper back but it makes sense. im sorry youre going through that pain. im not taking anything for it. it just started thus past weekend. i notuce it most when i cook. or look down to much. are you taking anything for the pain @ftmbabyboy11 ?

I just started recently taking Tylenol when it becomes unbearable because my doctor recommended it, but I don't like taking it a lot. I use an exercise ball to try and stretch my back but it mostly helps with the lower back pain, but I didn't start getting that pain till about 31-32 weeks.
