How do first time moms get past all the worrying!! I'm a FTM, 16w5d with one miscarriage before this pregnancy. I don't feel the baby moving yet which I know can be in a few weeks. I thought I felt flutters the other day but I think it was just gas. I just get so worried sometimes. How do other people find ease?
I felt the same way, but I realized stressing is no good for me. And definitely no good for the baby. I didn't feel any movements until 28 weeks.
I have a 6 year old. Had a miscarriage in jan of this year but now I'm 19 weeks today. Sorry to tell you but the fear never goes away😔😕 I bought a Doppler so I can hear the baby heart beat at home and that helps me a lot although in the beginning it is hard to find so I would still panic. Stay positive. Try not to worry so much. Remember The baby feels everything you feel.
personally me, I forced myself to stop worrying and putting my faith in God. tbh, this may may sound weird to you but I noticed that when I did that I started feeling baby flutters that same day. worrying so much isn't good for you or the baby, just let what you can't control out of your hands. I think that's what helped the most, but maybe I'm crazy.
Thanks everyone!! I'm starting to feel a little better. I friend suggested talking to the baby. I took a walk and had a little conversation and now I feel better. ❤️
