I would go with the positive one because false postives are very rare

No I did not, I peed on it later in the day. The one I had a positive on was in the afternoon-ish and came out positive.

Did you use the first morning pee on the one that turned out negative? There might not have been enough pregnancy hormone in your pee at the time. Try again!! :)
