For those of you who were swollen during pregnancy how long did you stay swollen for after you had…

I was soooooo swollen. It took a solid week and a half before it started to let up.

My doctor told me it should be gone 2 weeks after delivery. the swellen in my hands and arms have gone just waiting on my feet and legs to go away

It's been a week already and I feel like it hasn't gone down 😔 Do you guys know of anything that'll help? @jennatess @briandavisjr819

@madibrice I been drinking more water and keeping my feet propped up

@madibrice yes I have seen the swelling go down some in my legs and feet. I no longer have swollen hands and arms. my neighbor(an older lady) told me too soak my feet in vinegar. I haven't had a chance to do that yet.
