I poured Gatorade into an ice cube try and I'd suck on those when I couldn't keep stuff down

@armybaby, omg that's a great idea! I usually do half gatorade half water but I like the idea of gatorade ice cubes! definitely getting an ice cube tray tomorrow :) thanks!

lol no problem. it worked really well for me. orange cubes were my favorites
