Ok y'all I need some serious help on bed bugs how do u get rid of them? No one in the house has gotten the bugs except for Karen and I need help on how to get rid of them!

Every summer our house gets invaded by ants, rolly polly bugs and the centipede looking thing with pinchers! I’m so over summer I hate it and all these bugs 😑

How do I get rid of them? Thier in my house. My dd had them on her feet. They just showed up over night! I hate ants! I was attacked by them as a kid and had them all over me! Iv swept and mopped and they just keep coming back!!! Any tips other than a bug spray? I don't want to use a bug spray with my two year old running around and my two month old in the house.
