I went to a kid birthday party. it got really loud so my anxiety flared up. I was already slightly irritated before hand. then after the party I checked my phone and then I had to deal with business crap. @jomommaclark

It's ok. My anxiety is kinda bad right now. I am about to heat a heating pad to relax my muscles from my neck. And i took a Tylenol for headache. I hate it so much. @jomommaclark

@faithfulness88, my twins started 5th grade today. last year in Elementary school. trying not to be a cry baby lol.
