LEAKING FLUID? TMI POST! Hello Ladies, I'm 36 weeks today and have noticed that yesterday and today my underwear is very wet and there is a sort of sweet smell to the fluid coming out (it's not a bad smell but very strong) today it's soaked through my underwear, and my leggings are actually wet on the crotch too! could this be amniotic fluid or just crazy discharge? I am still seeing white sticky discharge like normal along with this wet clear fluid? going to do the pad test tomorrow and seeing my midwife Tuesday so definitely mentioning it to her x

Yup i have this problem too .. mine is just discharge..but its always good to have it checked 😊 x

thank you @beth94 @reaganmommy2015 I will do it just to be sure :) even if it's just discharge il still mention it to the midwife too at my appointment I think :) xx

Put a pad on and if it gets soaked in an hour then that was your water breaking

I had this problem a little bit but because I didn't soak a pad in a hour they said it was just discharge, that's probably what it is but better to be sure ☺️ xx

yes I think I will, that's what I heard too which is why I'm confused 😕 I will do the pad test tomorrow morning to see if it soaks it then give them a call xx @beth94

forgot to mention.... every now and then when I have been standing up I can feel a little gush, then when I go and check, it's this fluid with some of the normal discharge that comes out...

Maybe ring just to check? But think I heard Amniotic fluid isn't meant to have a smell to it? But for it to soak it like that I would defo ask them.. Xx
