If you ever get a clogged duct again put heat on your breast and nurse on all 4s(sounds funny but lay your bub down and let your breast hang) gravity helps unclog it with the sucking it helped me instantly. I just drank alot of water and nursed and pumped that side to get my supply back up :)

also almost anything that vibrates put to the clogged duct can help break it free.
