Its a waspy. Its supposed to be only mid torso but im short so it covered my entire torso. Maybe 20 or 22 inch i cant remember. And yea they are VERY uncomfortable but i noticed changes pretty fast.

This is pre-pregnancy. I used it to supplement my workouts and give me an hourglass figure. It was one with wire. Tight tight tight but it pushed up my boobs and held in my stomach

If your talking about the Body wraps, I've used them personally and they have worked well for me. now I am pregnant i will be using the defining gel and stretch mark cream.
