Oh sorry that is a ghetto hospital my husband was taken there when he had two slipped disk in his back and when I got there to see how he was doing he was screaming in pain and the nurse walked up to me and asked what I did to him I was like excuse me he was screaming in pain when I got here what did you do to him your best bet is Whittier Presbyterian it's nicer and cleaner then that hospital or even the new Downey kaiser as well

I wish you the best though. Honestly the way I see it is you're there to work not to have a vacation lmao, so as long as they are good to you and good to your baby then that's all that matters. That's just my crazy mindset though @angsal

@blue_87, lmao. Omg seriously!!! I've heard great things about this hospital tho. I guess I should of jus picked the same ob from my first, but I didn't really like them. but I loved white memorial.

Beverly, is ok but I've heard and experience negative things. but everyone experience is different.

Omg I toured Whittier and as I was walking up I was like what is this an abandoned hotel@angsal I choose Beverly in montebello I absolutely loved everything about that place they don't have a nicu but the rooms and staff were awesome when I toured plus they are very open to natural births which Whittier is not comfortable with

@ftmbabyboy11, I heard good things about this hospital too. and I want my ob to deliver my baby. if I didn't like I'm ob I would be more stressed out. but I really like my ob. I'm jus have to deal with it.

My hospital is small, they don't have an NICU either, But the hospital has great reviews, I haven't taken a tour yet but when I went for my anatomy scan it's a beautiful peaceful place which is what I wanted, all the bigger hospitals here are 45 minutes away and are constantly PACKED, I went with my ex to one when he hurt his back and I literally saw a pregnant lady on the floor in pain and no one cares... Hell no I'm not delivering there, plus I've heard pregnant women sometimes have to almost fight to get in and the nurses are sometimes cold and rude because there's so much going on... I'd rather get 1 on 1 care and not be stressed.. And I plan on having my boyfriend with the baby if they need to take him for anything, I know not everyone has that option though

You can go to any hospital when the time comes But your OB won't be the one delivering the baby 😕

Um because they don't have a nicu. baby would have to get transfered to another hospital. im not saying something will be wrong with my baby, but jus in case.

and once I have the baby I'll have him for an hour, then they'll take him to do shots and other stuff on him. I jus don't feel comfortable being away from him. With my first they did everything in front of me. He never left my sight & this hospital had a nicu.

I'm sure they will do their job right. I'm jus paranoid like that I guess.
