They say the only reason you can take a bath is because the water cools off. So by that logic - no since the water is going to be hot the entire time you're getting in it. IMO - better safe than sorry.

I wouldn't. It's not safe for the baby and honestly not worth the risk

Thank you ladies! @mommytomaximus @danamarie @floridamommy1024 I am aware that they say hot tubs are not safe during first trimester because the average temp is 102 or more, we were going to set it to a temp in the 80s, which would be more like a bath or heated pool...so I was just wondering if anyone had done the same:)

Chemicals are t good for you or baby either but Ed it's mainly cause the baby can easily over heat since it can't regulate its own body temp like we can

Yeah it's not safe during any stage of pregnancy, because like @amitynoellemommy said it messes up your core body temperature which strongly impacts the baby and prolonged heat exposure can cause adverse changes to their structure, there's also dehydration and risk of triggering early labor.
