I would. If he ain't answering then why keep his stuff? I'd get rid of it all.

30 days left on your property without a response. Yes. You can't be in any legal trouble for getting rid of it

If its been more than 30 days since he left and he hasn't contacted you I'd get rid of it. Youre not a free storage unit

I agree with everyone... BUT I'd take pictures of everything that person left, Also any contact emails, texts/attempted phone calls you made I would somehow find a way to document those and save them just in case... That way if he tries to come back and say you threw away this and that and he wants $$$ you have proof. Doesn't hurt to be one step ahead :)
