He could also be putting some pressure on your back which is radiating up to your head. Migraine pressure doesn't always originate from the head. Lightly press on each vertebrae in your spine and if you feel any discomfort: ice 20 mins, break 20 mins, heat 20 mins, break 20, then ice again. Not a doc but have been dealing with back and migrant pain almost my whole life! I hope that helps
I would say it's just a jump in hormones.. You're getting closer to the end. Maybe try taking Tylenol and make sure you're staying hydrated! If you're worried call your doc or any hospital (can speak to a nurse) and see what they tell you. Best of luck!!
