Ok no one judge me ok lol I really want my son out I'm 39 weeks and I can't sleep I have contractions that come and go but I haven't had any last night or today I'm Hispanic so I grew up drinking canela (cinnamon tea) something I would notice when I was younger was that after I would drink a lot of it I would have my period. So I avoid it threw out my pregnancy but now looking up on how to induce labor I read that cinnamon tea helps you lose your mucus plug and go into labor so I boiled some water and broke 3 cinnamon sticks into the water I added a lil oregano and made my self 2 strong cups of canela I'm half way done with one and no lie Im feeling some contractions I hope they stick this time. I'm just putting it out there in case any other mom wants to try.

Yea ill let you know my contractions went away again 😔 but I still have hope Ima go walk and buy comino and drink that to lol I'll keep you guys up dated @aprilcgutkopf

then just try the comino later on nd see if it helps.....cuz i drink the te de cominos with my daughter nd had her that same day

I know my servix is soft but hasn't opened yet. I tried nipple simulation using my Brest pump and then I heard sex helps too so I tried that, I think that's how I got my servix to become soft. I was going to try the nipple simulation again and then sex tomorrow if I end up seeing my boyfriend ( we don't live together) but I want to try that thing you suggested too. Thank you!
@aprilcgutkopf officials your body is ready this should help out I hope lol from what I've heard. Maybe it gives you a lil push but remember if your body is not ready I doubt it will help much.
Yea cominos helps to but I wanna take it one step at a time canela is to lose my mucus plug lol Ima try cominos later tonight to see if it breaks my water lol or helps with stronger contractions @angiie.g1995
