when your water breaks is it painful?

Feeeeeels weird more than painful

it feels like a water balloon popped inside. in my case I had immediate pain right after my water broke.

Not really. The nurse had to break mine cause I was 10cm and it still hadn't broke but it didn't hurt at all just felt like a gush of water coming out of your vaj.

mine didn't hurt. I woke up to my panties being wet. I didn't feel anything.

nope... it just felt like I was peeing myself uncontrollably. ..

No when mine broke I felt a pop then a huge gush of water I thought I peed myself until I smelled my pants
