Ladies I totally overpacked for the hospital! I was in so much pain and so sleepy the whole time, I didn't need 70% of what I packed! Most important items you'll need is some body wash and toothpaste/toothbrush, face wash, hair ties, some snacks/candy, slippers if you hate socks, and maybe a robe and nursing bra. Also, if baby dad is staying with you over night, make sure he's got the essentials and a change of clothes too! 😜 oh and a big bag to carry all the stuff you get from the hospital like samples and bottles!

Yeah i overpacked too by listening to everyone since it was my first child but fir my next one i will know wat to bring.😁

I have extra stuff laid out just incase I need it so my dad can always bring it to me, my mom did the same thing, but we packed the bare minimum. It also helps that I'm only 15 mins from the hospital. But my hospital also provides music, movies and so much more so I don't have to pack all that to help distract me so that helps

@tracynangel, it's hard though cuz I don't know if I'll be able to even take my bag in with me, just cuz with twins I'll automatically deliver in the OR so if anything my dad can hang onto my bag while I'm in there lol
