Maybe use back up milk if you have it

Call your doctor but keep breastfeeding. Your baby is pretty much immune to it because the antibodies in your breastmilk like @sgtpeppertheory said!

do you think you have the flu or something? keep feeding your baby, I do believe whatever is causing your fever your body is producing antibodies that's being passed along in your breast milk so baby is protected. id still call your doctor because fevers can be signs for infection.
