If it burns or hurts it could be irritation from sweat or not being dry enough when getting out of the shower. Moisture causes that and it can really hurt sometimes

Try keeping it really dry still and keep an eye on it. If it doesn't get better I would see your doctor Hun.

As long as it doesn't spread or get worse then yeah wait :)
