I had been putting off setting up anything for our daughter because I was really not wanting to be at my parents with a baby. But I've been trying to come to terms with it and keep in mind that it's only temporary and that I'm lucky to have a place to stay. plus I'll still get my house it's just taking longer than planned.
But I set up some stuff today. Her changing table and crib and blankets and I feel a bit better. I thought I'd be upset but at least I feel productive

I completely understand! We moved home and thought we would be out before the baby got here but then they told us our house wouldn't be ready until mid September hopefully and I'm being induced on the 31st. Working with the bare necessities and not setting anything up until we move into our place!

exactly! Our house was supposed to be ready in June! then they pushed it to late July! Now it's supposed to be end of September but even when we get it it's got a month worth of repairs before we can stay. Our baby is due September 22. it's frustrating @queenmother
