So need some mama advice, my job doesn't give me paid-leave, and I'm stressing about it a lot, does anyone know of any type of short-term help I could get for the weeks I'm out?

The government should give you disability for the time your off .. My company doesn't do paid leave either im getting paid threw disability

I'm not sure about this but you should look into Aflac (not sure how soon you have to get your policy)

You might qualify for short term disability! My work is a union company.. And the union only pays a little bit of my leave but it's considered short term disability. Check into that? Not sure if it's the same where you're af

I would start there.. Maybe call your insurance as well and see if they can direct you too

Idk if California is different but my disability is being paid through the government
