lmao how does she have say so? she MAY have so say so over you but she didn't give birth to your baby. your baby's father has rights to him as well so she shouldn't be able to tell you that you can't.

Legally you can't drive or financially contribute so as a minor that young - she may be correct. Unless you aren't living with her or using her as financial support.

Also - being you are under 18 you will probably need to be legally emancipated if you want to fight her - but I would check with a lawyer.

your mom has no say so when it comes to your baby. at all. she does however still have so over you...unless you are making a decision or doing something(taking your baby to the doctor ect.) you are your childs legal guardian...she is not!
