im so confused with these wanna be contractions or i have a high tolerance for pain. but these last a little past 45 seconds disappear then come back then calm down. do braxton hicks cause belly to harden as well?

BH aren't painful and normally only cause the belly to harden or tense up.

yes and it's very annoying. the only way I was able to tell I was in actual labor was when they hit me every .5-1.0 minute and didn't disappear.

i been having some that feel like menstrual cramps along with my belly tightening and pressure in my pelvic Area. just not sure if its the real deal honestly. pain come for 45 seconds or more than go away@thehowtohippie

your baby could have dropped which could explain the pressure. if you're worried about it always get checked out. I went into L&D 8 times and the 8th trip was when I gave birth to my son.
