@california12632, im not really sure I kno my twin gets eczema but I've never had it! Like for the past 4 years it's gotten red around my nose but never dry and flaky like it is now.

I went to my dr about it long time ago and he never told me what it was he just gave me some gel to put on it but it never worked

Do not put lotions on it, especially ones with fragrances, and don't put anything on it that contains Glycerin. I agree with a previous poster, Try coconut oil.. It will make your skin a lil greasy at first but it will soothe it.

Could also try a wet hot towel/washcloth, heat it up in the micro for a few seconds and put it on your face in addition to the coconut oil.

I have this stuff I bought about a month ago for the same problem really dry flakes skin around my nose it's a seaweed face wash and the a specific cream I'm at work right now but I can message you tomorrow if you want the name of them it got rid of my dry skin in a matter of days I love it!!!

I had that about a week ago. it's really weird.

I don't know what that is, but I do know that my skin has gotten extremely dry since being pregnant. My dermatologist recommended using Abolene face wash. It helps put moisture into the skin. It's kind of weird...you apply it to your face (it's similar feel as Vaseline) and then I just gently wash away with a damp wash cloth. You can find it at CVS.
