If you explain to them it was sent to the wrong address then they'll be lenient on you. But seriously call first thing in the morning and figure it out. Show them you're putting effort in to solve the problem. And let them know you're about to have a baby that way if they want you to go down there, they'll give you a date for a time before the baby is born.

I definitely will be calling in the AM. It didn't have a forwarding tag so they knew my new address somehow. They said the court date was August 10th. That means I lived here for 2 months already before the date that was set. So a month before I left ,, something happened that I have no idea about! @lilianacastillo @queendavis

That's so crazy! Does it say any info on the letter or Is there a reason someone would've sued you? We have traffic cams here in CA so sometimes if you make a traffic violation the camera catches you and it sends you a court date thing in the mail. Do yall have that? That's like the only thing I can think of!

Another idea....not sure if you have it but where I live you can go on our county's court website and type in a name and it brings up any and all case information. Criminal, civil, family law. So it may say what you did, if yall have that!!
