don't sike yourself out darling. think positive thoughts. I told myself there was no other way to have my baby and I WAS going to delivery vaginally, next thing I know I was pushing my little girl. she's my first kid and so many people told me I wouldn't be able to do it but I did😏😏 so you can do it girls @california12632 I believe in you

i did naturally. it hurts like hell but it only lasts a little while then when baby comes out its like heaven. your body is flushed with oxytocin which numbs you from head to toe you dont even feel anymore pain just joy and happiness when you see your babys face.
i do however warn you that you may rip. it happens even with pain relievers.
i ripped a little so they had to sew it and they did it realy fast and i didnt feel anything because i was only focused on the baby.
one tip dont let them tell you what position to take. your body will tell you which is best. i didnt do it the traditional tv way where your legs are up i was in a small but not total squat
it also helps to have two people in the room. i chose my hubby and my mom. then make one hold your hand and dont let go until the end. squeeze their hand as hard you can and that will help you so much. when you push breathe deeply but fast and put pressure on your vaginal muscle not the anus muscles. practice how to isolate the muscle with kegels. it does help tremendously.
