I just got back from a hot tub weekend for my friends 30th bday and me, my partner and kids have a week booked in the lakes at a log cabin with hot tub so I done a bit research and I read somewhere if u are able to adjust the temp on hot tub to below 37oC it'll be fine but then other sources told me its not just about the temp that causes risk...its to do with the bacteria so I didn't go in it. instead I sat with my feet and legs in and had my dressing gown around me and it was fine. I still felt like I was a part of the celebrations and felt much better to know I wasn't putting my baby at risk (regardless of how small that risk may be) xx

I read that you shouldn't use hot tubs when pregnant, not sure why lol but remember reading it somewhere as I wanted to go in one xx
