when ur water brakes do u have to go dtraight to hospital or can u take like 5 min shower n stuff

My water never broke. I was having contactions every 3-5 minutes apart very painful ones.. ended up going to the hospital and they broke my water.

yes.. with both of my boy's they had to brake my water.. I was so hoping with my last one that he would brake on its own. but he didn't... if you are in pain and crying I would go out.. lol.. I couldn't even walk out to the car by the time I called my doctor and he told me to go out..

I'd be so scared to wait because I wouldn't want to miss my window to get my epidural...

My sister was at work when hers broke she waited until the end of the day to go when her contractions got closer.
