Try to stay strong :) it's scary but you can do it. There's lots of places that offer free and discounted therapy here I could look in your area if you want.

that's the link. Click the button that says apply for benefits.

it'll apply you for all the possible benefits you can (including insurance and food stamps) and it'll send it all to the department closest to you.

It doesn't apply you for WIC though but that's pretty easy if you need too
