Omg meatloaf is my absolute favorite but my husband hates it! I wish he'd try mine lol. I personally do half an onion chopped and celery chopped up and mix it in with the meat, bread crumbs and eggs. Then for the sauce I do ketchup mixed with a good amount of brown sugar to make a sweet sauce on top

Hamburger meat Italian bread crumb mustard egg onion/green bell pepper ( optional) sry I don't measure when I make but I do use 2-3 lbs of meat
