Lightheaded and vomiting....any suggestions??? I have no clue what's going on

You might be dehydrated , I was the same way I went into the ER they gave me fluids and some nauseous medicine .... but try drinking plenty if eater and eat some a lil sour if that don't work go get checked out @lawise23
