Hey moms, how do I know when my baby has had enough to eat at the Breast? I was going by when he stops sucking, but then I find he still wants to eat. When I pump, I can tell bc I know how many ounces he usually eats but I can't tell with the Breast

My nurse told me to check his arm... if it's stiff and being held close to his chest he's still hungry. if it's loose and dangling he's def fool and very satisfied.

I was told that you usually know if the baby has been eating for about 20 to 30 minutes, splitting the time between both breasts
