well you can just lie and say your not together but he supports your babies and they'll approve you.

no dont tell them that you know who your bd is at all,cause theyll ask for his info and take some of the money out of his income once you give them his info

just tell them you guys don't live together like she said but he does help you out with the kids ...you guys have yalls own agreement...not through court....and that either u stay with a family but buy your own food or you stay in your own spot but he pays the bills.......they will help u.

i know this is going to sound ghetto lol but tell them you dont know who your babydaddy is ,or that your not with him,and dont give them any of his info and then they should accept you

my baby dad on my case and he got a job I only receive foods stamps if I never put him on my case they would of put him on child support even if he do got a job @xaviersmommy

I didnt put my kids father on my case and they made me put someone on that was paying the bills since i was unemployed so i added my husband. and still got the same amount of benefits i got before he was added.

they should be able to give you food stamps since you have kids @bbyluvbump101

they only go after the dad for child support when you get cash aid not food stamps @dasia we have a family friend that works at the stockton office.

So it all really depends on thr state you're in. every office is differnt.

I was on unemployment and I got help with fs for a while. my bf lived with me at the time but he didn't have a job. all I said was we weren't together anymore but he payed everything for his son. and I told them I lived with my parents but I payed rent. they just make you write it down and that's it. I got 187$ for just me. I told them straight up I just needed the help since I didn't have a job and unemployment wasn't much

I don't receive cash but I use to get cash they cut my shit cause how much my baby dad make and it's crazy cause he not even my daughters father but I had to put my baby dad on my or they was going put him on child support @xaviersmommy

you'll be ok. trust me. they don't investigate. I was just there Monday since it was time for a yearly appointment. I needed to redo the package. and I still told them I wasn't with my son's dad. and I told them I was pregnant again. and they didn't ask me anything. just if I had him on child support and I told them he pays for everything that has to do with his son, I told them we have no agreement through the court. if I was to say I was with him they would cut my insurance and my son's since he has a good job. and I don't want to switch Dr's for neither myself or my baby. I love his dr. and the insurance my bfs job get is shitty.

I didn't have to give my child father information to them at all they didn't ask neither they just wanted to know if I worked or not if so how much do I get paid and how many hours I work a week that was it .. well of course I told them I was pregnant so ... but every state different I think @bbyluvbump101
