How often throughout the day do you change your baby, as in outfit wise

whenever he gets it wet,whether he spills milk,duels,or throws up i change him,so at the most probably like 6-10 times a day

only if there's a blowout or ridiculous amount of spit up.

don't really... it's super hot and he's had a heat rash so. .. maybe one onsie a day if any at all.

he never really spits up. . he's been a good baby lol

my son is 3 and its really hot in here so he only wears diapers and socks lol

Only if she gets it dirty, diaper leaks, food spills on it, etc. But currently unless we're going somewhere she wears a diaper cause Texas is hot lol
