Something amazing happened in my kitchen tonight. I'm not feeling too great so I instructed my husband and he prepared this awesome dinner. Okay, I was hands on and kinda took over a few times...I can't help it 😜 but he did great! Chicken breast seasoned with garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin and cooked perfectly. Paired up with a big portobello cap stuffed with fresh chopped spinach, goat cheese, garlic, ground pepper, and topped with a bit of extra sharp then broiled. My daughter loved the chicken too so that was a major success! Our #PendingMick is happy and kicking away.
