I would just do it but try and get some family pics of all of you including his kids done sometime soon. And maybe when you show his kids the pics (if their old enough to understand) let them know you'll all be taking family pics together sometime soon. Just don't try and make them feel left out about it you know? Other than that I think it's fine.

@queendavis, we did family pics when I was pregnant and because they don't listen and the 5 year old has that scarey fake smile pictures take forever! the weekend after I plan on taking some of the kids together I just feel bad not including them and my cousin can't come back out for a month or so

I would take pictures of you and the baby and the dad but also include the older kids they might feel left out if you don't include them plus you don't want drama with his ex cause it might happen I know my husband has two kids from to previous relationships it's not worth the drama

@reaganmommy2015, the problem is its either we do them with out his kids or we don't do pictures. I want to include them but they don't listen

When they don't listen that is when you get the best pictures what are their ages but in the end it will be up to you
