It won't fall out but it feels like a contraction when they put it in only pain for 2 secs while they place it in hope iud works better for you then it did for me !
I personal had bad experience with it but I've had friends who loved it
its uncomfortable and feels like a pinch afterwards you cramp and spot a little bit they told me to eat something and take Tylenol before coming in they will have you lay down after its in because it can cause lightheadedness ,the way it goes in is like a tiny straw a little bit bigger then a coffee straw

i had that when I was with my ex and as @esmeraldam said it can be hit during sex and its painful also can result in it moving I think that is why mine fell out eventually but I didn't have any other problems other wise I had it again but removed it due to painful while having sex so I just got the nuva ring
I heard so many bad experiences with an IUD. So many people had complications and had them taken out. I'm planning on getting the Nexplanon
I got it after my first baby and I liked it you just have to be careful sometime when having sex(I know tmi) but I need you to know that sometime your man can hit it if u have like rough sex and it might leave you with period like cramps. but recommend it because it is a bf that you don't have to think abut once it is in.
