@franchesca, I made a profile and sent out a personal message/hit apply on every single person within 25 miles of me that would work with my schedule even relatively. I couldn't possibly find a different job at 7 months pregnant. So I had about 5 people respond and one worked out! I've been here two weeks and it's great, easy money. Send out so many messages and be super personal!

Advise because this is how I got hired as a full time sitter. Join a yard sale group around your area on Facebook. Search your city name with 'yard sale' after it or county name with the same thing. Also join mom groups, daycare groups. Same thing search with your city. So I joined four of those, posted my needs for a job on all (you can post your details of what you're looking for and ask people to share if they know anyone who may be interested) and I actually got hired on through care.com which works WONDERFULLY. You can search for many people and post what you're looking for. It is free the first month.. Or week. Can't remember. But I got a job within the free period, hopefully you can find something ;)
