TMI: Does anyone know why I would wake up to my vagina being sore? (no, I didn't have sex)

I be having that problem and my doctor said it's just my pelvis spreading and my round ligaments stretching

I read it's just pressure & a lot of blood flow down there.

I don't know but I get it too.
