The house up the road that's only $50,000. Needs a little more work than what we thought just from looking at the outside, but with it being so cheap, it's doable! Getting my Daddy's opinion on it today and then we are gonna go from there. Almost 27 and still depending on my Daddy for some things...😁

Lol Price of houses are cheap in Bama... Well certain parts. Love it! Atmore is way the heck out there though! On a good note the casino is right there lol!

@tiffanymanuel, usually only foreclosures are this cheap. But this one isn't, I'm surprised.

@mommacg3, oh and houses here aren't usually that cheap. Land is about 10,000 an acre around here!

@karnawest, it says Atmore, but is still in Baldwin County (thank goodness). But it's just a few miles up from where we live now lol. Casino is about 15 minutes maybe from our house :) Go there all the time lol.

@plantdara Oh ok! Good I would stay in Baldwin county lol Its a very cute house though. I love that casino too! My hubby likes tables though so I usually have to go there with the girls. Heard they have a really good spa I haven't tried yet

@plantdara Oh they do prenatal!!!! Wish I would have known that earlier! Good to know for other preggy friends though. I was told they have one of the better couples messages because they actually have common spa areas not just lounges
