Can someone please tell me the difference between Braxton Hicks and Real contractions . i dont wanna go in and have to be sent home. im in pain right now 😥

braxton hicks are like period cramps and real contractions are 10 times worse

idk they keep coming i can feel my belly tighting up and then it goes soft and couple seconds later some more tightness

I would think of it as, if they're real you wouldn't even be on your phone, unless you're dialing for a ride to the hospital. They are THAT bad and miserable. Best of luck to you..
